Inspiris contributes 5 per cent of its pre-tax profits to help previously disadvantaged students get a business degree in South Africa.
CIDA City Campus is the first and only virtually free higher education institution in Southern Africa. Its focus is to provide previously disadvantaged youth with the opportunity to earn a fully accredited and relevant 3-year Bachelor in Business Administration degree, as well as vocational and life skills training, and self-management and entrepreneurial skills development. Inspiris shares CIDA’s belief in the importance of entrepreneurship and job creation, particularly for young people, to Africa’s future. Inspiris therefore uses 5 per cent of its pre-tax profits to support an Inspiris Scholarship Scheme, launched under the chairmanship of Professor Sir Nick Stern, to fund students through their business degree. The Inspiris Scholarship Scheme provides full funding - course and living costs - for students at CIDA City Campus, Johannesburg. Currently two students are being funded under the scheme, Miss Mafoko Madinoge and Mr Ngwato Zabilon. : 0;"> |
