Business Action for Africa

In 2005, Inspiris Director, Zahid Torres-Rahman, conceptualised and led the development of Business Action for Africa – a business-led platform for collective action.  With close to 200 members, it has emerged as an important catalyst for business action on advocacy, on-the-ground projects and knowledge sharing, with a growing international profile.

Inspiris is the “back-stage crew” for Business Action for Africa, providing the programme management and administrative framework for the network. 

Business Action for Africa is run as a not-for-profit network, and is free to join.  The network is driven by a board of sponsors, and currently includes 10 multinational companies, the International Business Leaders Forum and the UK Government.
